We are seeking a meticulous and organized Accounting & Admin Clerk with experience
in managing an accounting/book-keeping function as well as general admin (filing, invoicing, etc.) for a group of companies.

The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, as well as ensure efficient and accurate processing of financial
transactions.

• Managing and processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
• Preparing and maintaining financial reports (monthly & annually).
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Supporting HR-Related administrative tasks including:
  UIF & provident fund claims, employee record maintenance, OHS file maintenance,
  Workmen’s compensation claims, etc.
• Supporting Back office-Related administrative tasks as needed including: Responding to customer and vendor inquiries & processing of orders and receipts.
• Any other tasks as may be needed.

• Proven experience as an Admin Clerk or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (Pastel will be an added advantage).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of HR administration (advantageous).

• Matric or equivalent.
• Further education in accounting or finance (preferred).
